The Abuse of Power Series - Rebirth Through Death Without Dying - Part 3
This is Part 3 of the Abuse of Power Series. While the work will continue this blog series will joyfully end with this post. As previously stated, this is not about blame. It is about responsibility. The first proclamation and commitment being - "First Do No Harm". As I focus on "being", I will continue to move fully forward with renewed and enhanced understanding.
I see what "the intentional users of bad medicine" saw through their eyes of recognition and fear. Actions were taken, individually and collectively, based upon this lack of sight and a determined threat which was identified through misplaced jealousy, competition, ego and the desire to be in control. This behavior is "old energy". It is not the "energy of awakening". It is not "the energy of the divine feminine". It is not "true power" ... no matter what name it goes by ... to include masquerading as light. It neither respects nor honors "the unfolding beauty" before it ... despite what is stated. As it is said, "Actions speak louder than words."
Having heard much communication about learning to embrace your dark as well as your light, I am compelled to mention that from this vantage point there is a difference between dark and darkness. From my perspective, while dark speaks of that which is hidden and lives in the shadows, darkness completely crossses the line ominously exemplifying the presence and/or influence of lost souls who are willing to bring harm to others and unwittingly to themselves ... with the absolute absence of heart.
Recognizing that it is definitely not purely a matter of gender, controlling aspects within divine masculine energy have sought to suppress and eradicate the expression of truth within the divine feminine. Unfortunately a select number of women with their own agendas - to include recognition within communities led by hierarchical, masculine energy - and to include recognition within their own form of working with other women - have participated in this practice - thereby navigating away from sacred sisterhood. This effort to ensure silence has ultimately resultd in "giving voice". This effort to destroy, possess and/or use power has ultimately "reawaken it". As the Chinese proverb states, "When sleeping women wake, mountains move."
As a visionary who has walked the path of the "Healed Healer", I have both "Returned to Center" and "Awaken Anew". There is compelling and liberating "work" ahead.
I recognize that all of this resonates with recognition for some, raises memories for some, brings forth awareness for some and is very hard to hear, for various reasons, for others - in fact for some of the same people. What I can assure you of, however, is that this reality surrounds us all. Fortunately and absolutely, however, so does the Divine. While light and dark may reside within any of us, there are people who make choices, knowingly or unknowingly, to live in darkness and intentionally act that out to the detriment of others ... and themselves. They live amongst us every day - masked and unmasked.
In bringing forth the light, may each of us shine brightly. We each hold our own beauty. Go within and emerge!

There is room for the awakening of a healthy divine feminine and the awakening of a healthy divine masculine wherein there is respect, honor and balance for all. There is room for true sisterhood and brotherhood. Especially in the worlds of wellness, healing, shamanism and energy medicine - shouldn't we strive for and expect nothing less? Don't emerging and coming generations deserve to be embraced by light as opposed to being used as access points for the spreading of darkness? With each of us starting where we stand, it is time, beyond time in fact - to clean house.

The Abuse of Power Series - Rebirth Through Death Without Dying - Part 2
This is Part 2 of The Abuse of Power Series. As words remain unspoken and while sufficient for this blog, this is not - nor is it intended to be an exhaustive review of this journey – neither the harm nor the healing. This statement includes reference to the identification and work of the Healers to whom I am forever grateful. As I sought to leave no stone unturned, each one of them was necessary and valued.
A friend who happens to be a Spiritual Reader, to whom in friendship I finally said “There is something wrong, and I need help.” is someone who generally asks, “Is it mine to do?” That is the question that I ask myself now, “What is mine to do?” There are multiple answers to that question, but they are summed up by the following quotes.
“Darkness transmuted – is light of the Light. This my children, your purpose in being – transmutation of darkness to light.

“As wisdom comes through you it is a gift to be shared as we step into our deep knowing, our spiritual authority. This is what we are here to walk, to teach, to share.”
The Structure of Spirit
When you find yourself the recipient of the Abuse of Power to the severe extent that I was, there are certain expectations that are held by the Abusers. Spoken and unspoken, they include the following.
Give up and give over both your power and your light.
Go to those who have created the wound to have your wounds healed. Only they have “the antidote”. Only they have “the medicine”.
Join those who have created the wound. You are so wounded that you can be “overpowered” and controlled.
Return to and/or stay within the community and “work” within it.
I will not die. But I have experienced death without dying. From a purely physical perspective I have been told, “You are lucky to even be alive.” In any case, I am alive, well and stronger.
I will not get seriously ill. I can now walk without the fear of falling, talk with clarity of speech, breathe without interference, and live without my life force being parasitically extracted.
I will not lose my mind. But I have been concerned about my well-being. I have experienced too many moments of neither being able to access, remember nor utilize my own knowing.
I will not fail. I do recall, however, hearing the boastful articulation of a precise method through which “spiritual technology” is utilized to cause failure within a person’s life. I also clearly recall the unethical actions taken in an effort to do precisely that. Of course and in a larger sense, there were many other derailment actions.
I will not keep quiet thereby never to be heard from again. But there have been important soulful moments of silence – hurting moments and healing moments. Together they have created this voice. Silence and stillness is important. There is also a time to speak.
As I was struggling to comprehend why this was happening and why it was being allowed to happen, through tearful eyes and with a statement regarding being sorry about what did happen, the Medicine Person told me, “Creator knew your soul was strong enough to take it. You were pure light until they got a hold of you. You had something that they did not have, and they wanted it.” Remember – You came into this life with sacred contracts and purpose. You are divinely magnificent. Even when it may seriously appear and feel otherwise, there is divine protection.
The Shamanic Healer asked me, “What is the hook within you that they are hooking into?” Remember – This may take you to places that exist back within your experience that you thought were resolved and seemingly have absolutely nothing to do with this current situation. Well, if you can and will go there - there is your hook. Now is a renewed opportunity to heal as well as to clear it. While not the only matter to be addressed, this is very important. Do the work! I would be remiss not to mention that there could also be significant past life and/or ancestral issues.
In speaking of the experience of being very sick and losing 20 lbs. within a week just after attending a ritual, the most resonant as well as simply deep explanation came from a Spiritual Intuitive who in a downplaying, yet meaningful way, said, “There was just a strong vibration there which did not at all match with yours, and which your system did not agree with. It made you sick, and you were releasing it.” I thank you Great Spirit for this release. Remember – Assuming responsibility for maintaining as well as elevating your vibration and frequency is very important. Unfortunately, some circumstances, especially targetted and repetitive ones, may attempt or even succeed at eroding it.
The Shamanic Sound Healer said to me, “Think about it differently. They are not evil. They are hungry, and you have to figure out how not to be their food.
They are not going to stop, and they will eat you. You are going to have to be brutally honest with yourself.” Remember – Although you do not have to speak aloud about it, you have to see, hear and sense everything that is interacting with or through you. You can not stop until you are done. Things may not be as they appear.
Having received an inquiry from the same Healer about what my work actually is – when I mentioned the “Healed Healer” component, we both uncomfortably laughed at the irony. I was told, “So, you are a Healer, go and heal yourself.” Remember – The path to healing will be multifaceted, and even with supportive assistance, it is YOUR path.
Subsequently in profoundly masterful energy work , the message that the Shaman communicated to me was, “You have not fallen. You have climbed up from and out of the lion’s den.” Remember – Forward movement may require you to experience a deep transformation or “dark night of the soul”, and it will last a lot longer than a night.
Finally, the Mystic said to me, “All I can tell you is … this is not true power.” Though the words of another, these sentiments are communicated in the following quote.
“As a divine changemaker, you are alive now to help birth a more loving world. A chief way you do that is by mastering more self-love and by learning to house true or authentic power.
True empowerment is based on spiritual power – not ego power or worldly force. You are encoded at a DNA level to wake up to what true power is, and to move out of your conditioning that causes you to seek power in the world.
The only power you will ever have is sourced from your connection with the divine.”

The bottom line is that you can successfully survive a seriously aggressive attack. Though you will ultimately have to “work” through it alone, you can not move through it alone. Some of what you have heard confidently communicated - as well as some of what you believe - may work very effectively in other situations – but will not work in this situation. Though it sounds good and is well intended, it does not necessarily apply here. This requires focused as well as tailored work by YOU with assistance from the human, elemental and spirit worlds.
The fact that a myriad of degrees of this type of action have existed for eons – is no excuse for turning a blind eye, jumping on the bandwagon and/or being a part of allowing it to continue. Thankfully, things do not have to be as they have always been.
In such a case, healing from this - is like grieving. It does not occur on a schedule. Just because others think it is done, think it should be done or wish it was done, does not mean that it is. The process involves the attack’s events, the resulting aftermath and the deep healing.
Even a vital and committed Healer is on a journey. In the process of self and collective evolution, Healers are not exempt.
Ultimately, what it looks like is happening - may not be the entirety of what is happening. It may look and feel like you have fallen, but in fact you may be rising. You can not be distracted by the loss of people along the way. In fact, you will have to take the initiative to free yourself of some people and some activities. As the Mystic said to me, “Look at the big picture. This is about a lot more than just what is happening to you.”
As stated at the close of Part 1 - Do you truly know who you are? Birth YOUR Truth. That would be YOUR TRUTH – not someone else’s. We each hold our own beauty. Go within and emerge!
Step up and step in!
You must do your work.
You must find your courage.

The Abuse of Power Series - Rebirth Through Death Without Dying - Part I
This is Part I of The Abuse of Power Series. This is not about blame, it is about responsibility. The first proclamation and commitment being - "First, Do No Harm".
Having experienced the destruction of encountering persons who, individually and collectively, are not only capable of - but willing to intentionally do harm, I have directly learned the true significance of learning as well as receiving only from healers with solid ethics, sound integrity and warmth of heart.
Unfortunately, not all "healers" are in the true business of healing as the hunger for power and knowledge as well as the presence of ego, greed and competition take precedence. Unfortunately, even self-identified light workers will attack other light workers. Unfortunately, even the women's circle is not necessarily either safe or sacred. Unfortunately, even some teachers may operate from or within darkness. Unfortunately, even among those whom are now teaching protection, are those whom one needs to be protected against.
While not a pleasant subject, this is a real one. Whether due to collusion, fear, denial or otherwise - even when known there seems to be a veil of silence which serves to perpetuate the continuation of this practice. This is a truth which needs to be voiced.
Along the way I have encountered individuals with their own "attack" experiences and their own reactions. For some recovery was quick. For others it was much more long term. For some the change in their lives was greater mindfulness, stronger protection, different associations and/or a complete lifestyle change. For some, recovery has been illusive.
As there is definitely and undoubtedly significant energy medicine work being conducted which is respectfully powerful, honorable and beautiful, there is also energetic work being conducted that is intentionally dark, harmful and controlling. Having been on the receiving end, it can be a level of suffering that no one should endure. Having been on the receiving end, I am "giving voice" to this issue. Understanding that this has been happening for eons, while not in my control, it is my hope that someone else will not be harmed as I have been. It takes on a whole different meaning when it happens to you.
Fortunately and in my effort to heal, I have also seen the very best of people. Some were harmed and/or compromised by this process, but their healing contributions will never be forgotten. Each did what they could or would within their area of expertise. It is important that I express my gratitude for the blessings as well as the lessons learned along the way. In their own way, they were each priceless.
Ironically, years ago it was told to me that I could never again go out into the world unprotected. While a person who already practiced protection which needed an upgrade, I was later ill-prepared for the aggressive, relentless, multi-pronged and long term attack carried out by "healers", some knowingly and some unknowingly. I was, in fact, somehow unaware that people, so-called healers, could be so absolutely cruel, as they watched for the fruits of their intended labor.
Once again, this is not about blame. It is about responsibility - the responsibility to "First, Do No Harm". The responsibility to as a Community Leader be mindful of the well-being of that Community. The responsibility to as a Community Elder be mindful that with power comes responsibility. The responsibility to as a Teacher be mindful not only of what you are teaching but what your students are doing in the name of and within that learning community. The responsibility as a Shaman to practice the healthy aspect of shamanism and not the unhealthy aspect of sorcery. The responsibility as a Medicine Person to practice good medicine and not bad medicine. The responsibility of the Healer to honor the sacred trust within the healer-client relationship and not destructively use the client information gained for one's personal benefit thereby having no regard for whom gets hurt - including the client. The responsibility as a student, seeker and/or client to seriously practice self care mindfully being aware of and acting upon what is happening around you and accepting the signs that are telling you to look closer, stop, proceed with caution and/or get out. While not always obvious, both the telling and the knowing are there. Of course, this could be complicated by numbing and/or clouding being "administered" in an attack.
Sometimes you are dealing with something relatively small. Sometimes, and in my case, you are dealing with something HUGE. In either case and as it was told to me, make no mistake in understanding, that this is a fight - meaning it is to be understood and dealt with very seriously. Indeed, it can be a fight for your life. Even in the midst of a fight, which has included further surrender to the Divine, has been and is the assertion that I will remain working and living only in the Light.
An experience such as this wherein you are essentially kicked out of key aspects of your own life, through another's use of "bad energy medicine" against you for the determined benefit of others, certainly offers an added level to the question - Do you truly know who you are? Birth YOUR Truth. That would be YOUR TRUTH - not someone else's. We each hold our own beauty. Go within and emerge!

Having experienced the destruction of encountering persons who, individually and collectively, are not only capable of - but willing to intentionally do harm, I have directly learned the true significance of learning as well as receiving only from healers with solid ethics, sound integrity and warmth of heart.
Unfortunately, not all "healers" are in the true business of healing as the hunger for power and knowledge as well as the presence of ego, greed and competition take precedence. Unfortunately, even self-identified light workers will attack other light workers. Unfortunately, even the women's circle is not necessarily either safe or sacred. Unfortunately, even some teachers may operate from or within darkness. Unfortunately, even among those whom are now teaching protection, are those whom one needs to be protected against.
While not a pleasant subject, this is a real one. Whether due to collusion, fear, denial or otherwise - even when known there seems to be a veil of silence which serves to perpetuate the continuation of this practice. This is a truth which needs to be voiced.
Along the way I have encountered individuals with their own "attack" experiences and their own reactions. For some recovery was quick. For others it was much more long term. For some the change in their lives was greater mindfulness, stronger protection, different associations and/or a complete lifestyle change. For some, recovery has been illusive.
As there is definitely and undoubtedly significant energy medicine work being conducted which is respectfully powerful, honorable and beautiful, there is also energetic work being conducted that is intentionally dark, harmful and controlling. Having been on the receiving end, it can be a level of suffering that no one should endure. Having been on the receiving end, I am "giving voice" to this issue. Understanding that this has been happening for eons, while not in my control, it is my hope that someone else will not be harmed as I have been. It takes on a whole different meaning when it happens to you.
Fortunately and in my effort to heal, I have also seen the very best of people. Some were harmed and/or compromised by this process, but their healing contributions will never be forgotten. Each did what they could or would within their area of expertise. It is important that I express my gratitude for the blessings as well as the lessons learned along the way. In their own way, they were each priceless.
Ironically, years ago it was told to me that I could never again go out into the world unprotected. While a person who already practiced protection which needed an upgrade, I was later ill-prepared for the aggressive, relentless, multi-pronged and long term attack carried out by "healers", some knowingly and some unknowingly. I was, in fact, somehow unaware that people, so-called healers, could be so absolutely cruel, as they watched for the fruits of their intended labor.
Once again, this is not about blame. It is about responsibility - the responsibility to "First, Do No Harm". The responsibility to as a Community Leader be mindful of the well-being of that Community. The responsibility to as a Community Elder be mindful that with power comes responsibility. The responsibility to as a Teacher be mindful not only of what you are teaching but what your students are doing in the name of and within that learning community. The responsibility as a Shaman to practice the healthy aspect of shamanism and not the unhealthy aspect of sorcery. The responsibility as a Medicine Person to practice good medicine and not bad medicine. The responsibility of the Healer to honor the sacred trust within the healer-client relationship and not destructively use the client information gained for one's personal benefit thereby having no regard for whom gets hurt - including the client. The responsibility as a student, seeker and/or client to seriously practice self care mindfully being aware of and acting upon what is happening around you and accepting the signs that are telling you to look closer, stop, proceed with caution and/or get out. While not always obvious, both the telling and the knowing are there. Of course, this could be complicated by numbing and/or clouding being "administered" in an attack.
Sometimes you are dealing with something relatively small. Sometimes, and in my case, you are dealing with something HUGE. In either case and as it was told to me, make no mistake in understanding, that this is a fight - meaning it is to be understood and dealt with very seriously. Indeed, it can be a fight for your life. Even in the midst of a fight, which has included further surrender to the Divine, has been and is the assertion that I will remain working and living only in the Light.
An experience such as this wherein you are essentially kicked out of key aspects of your own life, through another's use of "bad energy medicine" against you for the determined benefit of others, certainly offers an added level to the question - Do you truly know who you are? Birth YOUR Truth. That would be YOUR TRUTH - not someone else's. We each hold our own beauty. Go within and emerge!

Protecting Your Sacred Purpose

there was no time to lose. Now I had to protect my
sacred purpose from connections that undermined it.
Be prepared for the lonely times on the journey.
It can be very isolating to quest for true-path amid
the trumpets of modern life. Walking through
uncharted territory often means walking alone. This
is particularly true in the transition stages before
we find our consciousness soulpod. It’s like primary
school all over again—who will be my first REAL
friends?"
